Yup I will recommend japan-ssdyuk as well.
But the last time I bought anything from him was 2-3 years ago because I was blocked by him to purchase multiple items for no reason. Back then he offered free SAL shipping for purchases >$100. I combined lots of books until the total >$100 for 2 shipments. That's the only reason I can think of for him blocking me from bidding/buying multiple items at one go.

Isn't more expensive buying artbook from ebay? Though I got a very nice deal once, after some amount of time searching for the best price everywhere.

I'll thumbs up Japan-ssdyuk aswell, spent hundreds of euros buying stuff from him and never had any problems.

His prices shift pretty often, and he does sometimes have a Best Offer option, so it's best to watch his items for awhile until it's a price you're OK with.
He gets in some pretty hard to find stuff.
I second this seller. Regarding the 'best offer', I've noticed that if you're already ordering a good chunk of stuff from him, he's pretty likely to accept a low best offer price.

I second Otaku.com.
They're very nice, I've been using them for years.

R_Kasahara has covered all the main sources I use for my books. Before I learned about the other sources, I also used this ebay store
here
. Everything was legit and the seller was quite friendly, but the prices weren't as fantastic as I thought when I was a newbie.

Mandarake
is typically the first place I check for OOP artbooks. I also recommend
Amazon.co.jp
's third-party sellers and
Suruga-ya
, though you'll need a proxy sometimes for the former and just about always for the latter. Amazon is also searchable by ISBN, which comes in handy sometimes.
If you must use eBay,
Otaku.com
is a reliable seller, though their items tend to be cheaper at
their own shop
.
