Anyway, it's a norm and part and parcel of collecting; if anything, I rather manufacturers take their time... which hopefully lead to better QC.
P.S. For some reasons, I thought of Reimu Hakurei from GSC based on your comment.Yeah, the company is hot garbage on the verge of failing regadless of what anyone thinks. They've become a huge monopoly, & people just need to realize that any monopoly is never a good thing. It makes it harder on the consumer & manufacturer. I own one GSC figure, & it's mediocre at best. When I first opened it I thought to myself. I'm never buying a figure by them again, & I haven't

I usually just end up waiting, unless it gets to be TOO ridiculous, and ends up in a month with figures I want more. This happened with Phat's Hokusai scale. It has been delayed for like a year now, and ended up in August. A month that I not only have a con in (which I know I'll need money for), but also has other figures that I REALLY want. So she ended up getting cancelled. I know Phat could delay her AGAIN, but it's unlikely. And tbh, I'm sick of waiting anyway.
it's annoying but i sorta just live with it, unless it conflicts with other orders. Then something may be on the chopping block depending on the items in question
I'm generally a little sad because I'm really looking forward to my POs coming in but that's about it. Can't do much about it anyways and I still want the items.
The only one I'm not too thrilled about is HobbMax' Xayah and Rakan being delayed to June, making that month absolutely horrible. I think I'll just not look at my credit card invoice that month because somehow ~50% of my POs this year release in June now.
Look, if pandemic collecting had taught me anything, it's that stuff gets here when it gets here. I enjoy the stuff I have, and when I get something new, then that's awesome.

Other than that, theres not really much somebody can do about delays
On the other hand, when everything is delayed to the same month, sweating bullets.
I am indecisive though so if the delay is too long it'll give me time for second or even third thoughts and I end up cancelling.
