Is the mop supposed to be one piece or separate to attach it to Ram? Mine came detached in shipping, is that damaged?

By the way. I don't know how, but I've managed to break apart the mop right after unpacking the figure. I fixed it somehow, but I'm not that talented in fixing stuff, so there are few signs of the item being fixed.(mostly glue)
Back to the subject. Is there any way to buy the spare one separately?

This part in particular seems to be very fragile, and its got to survive a trip halfway around the world. They need proof because a lot of people try to trick GSC regarding replacements of figures/part, that they're more strict now than they were before.

The nendoroid parts came sealed in a plastic bag with bubble wrap, inside a small envelope. The Ryuko came in its blister pack, parts of the face & ears were more covered than the one I had bought, inside a plain box. Yours might come in a tiny blister pack if it's really fragile.

GSC sent me a replacement of ITEM #396901 because of paint issues. They also sent replacement parts for nendoroids that were flawed.
Amiami does replace items (maybe it depends on the agreement with the brands/companies) like what happened with ITEM #663900. This user (Sege) items.v4.php?it... got a replacement.

Torzir (12日前) #36978912I actually just sent them an email as well asking if they would be able to replace the part in the event that Amiami doesn't. Hopefully they'll be able to help.
Now that I'm looking, I'm seeing a lot of bad things about Amiami customer service, particularly in regards to replacing parts that have been damaged in transit (in their case, not replacing them). Thinking I might switch to a different company in future.
