The second link is to buy the already released issue of Pyra/Homura.
I could be wrong though.

The “older” link is the one from the pre-order opend a about two weeks ago. The only difference that I can see is that one is written in finest British English saying “Xenoblade 2 - Pyra” while the newer link used a Japanese English “Xeno Braid - Homura”

I’m afraid it’s kind of gambling from which pre-orders will be fulfilled or cancelled by Amazon.
Ordering her twice...I’m too cowardly to do so, because I’m absolutely sure there will be either a third release with Nia or GSC raised the productions already and I don’t want to desperately try to sell my second Homura for cheap along with all the aftermarket scalpers who got caught on the wrong foot.

Only downside to this is amazon’s seemingly high chances of randomly canceling your order. If anything, this order can serve as a back-up where you can cancel any time up until March 16. If you manage to snag a Pyra on amiami (which I’m sure will happen early March during ‘Sakurai Presents’) then you can safely cancel the amazon one. But if you can’t, then pray amazon jp Pyra won’t be canceled this time around..
