Ugh, finally opened mine and there's ton of paint defects on her left leg. Emailed GSC, but its been 5 months since she released, so I don't know if I will get a replacement.
they told me that the problem was with the SAL shipping. They advised me to change to EMS, DHL or Ferry, I changed to ferry, I received a coupon for the price difference.
Well they have packaged and shipped other later orders via SAL, and I've already received one parcel. I'm not sure what's happening with this particular package; they have yet to provide any details on the matter.

Same case for me. Since COVID-19 pandemic there's been slow-down of shipment so I didn't pay much attention to my outstanding orders, until recently I saw my order still in preparation state since January. They haven't responded to my ticket yet.
I myself made a new ticket last week and they told me that the problem was with the SAL shipping. They advised me to change to EMS, DHL or Ferry, I changed to ferry, I received a coupon for the price difference.
Now I'm waiting for it to be in preparation again.
